- To contact you to provide you with an answer to a enquiry
- To supply you with a written quote
- To complete electrical certification
- To notify the relevant Building Control
- To invoice you following completion of any work
- To send you a payment receipt if required
- We may contact you to ask you permission to show a NIC EIC Area Engineer the work we have completed at your property. It is a requirement of our annual assessment to show three examples of our work. You are under no obligation to agree to this request.
We will not:
- Pass on your personal data to any third party, with the exception of the NIC EIC and Building control. This is only to enable us to complete the required electrical certification and Building Control notifications, which is a legal requirement
- We will not contact you to market our services or to offer promotions
- We do not record or store any bank or payment information
Storage:
- Any enquiry to us and written quotes provided by us are kept for a 24 month period and then deleted
- Invoices are kept indefinitely to enable us to provide you with a higher level of service should you require our services in the future
- Copies of electrical certification and Building Control certificates are kept indefinitely as they are a legal record of the work we have conducted at you property
